A Daily Telegraph article from Tuesday 29 September 1925 mentions a man of the name Flahey scoring 25 runs for the Eveleigh Paintshop in that weekend’s Railway Cricket Association’s round of matches. Certainly the same person this medal was made out to and an interesting piece of railway and sporting memorabilia.
