25mm copper/bronze medal. Unissued Ecole St. Joseph Montreal Arithmec Prize medal with prooflike appearance. Prize was sponsored by Dr. Joseph Leroux, a well known Canadian numismatist from the late 19th Century. The same medal in lesser condition sold for Canadian $140 on this Canadian dealer’s website.
