Red display box sold by Angus and Coote jeweller at the time of the changeover for collectors to fill with new decimal coins. Inside lid is printed “AUSTRALIAN DECIMAL COINS 14th FEBRUARY 1966” silk lined lid, red velour coin indentations, red textured box with gold trim. Hinged, in good working order. Coins put aside at the period, grade aUNc-Unc. 1c, 2c, 5c, 10c, 20c and round silver 50c.
Coins removed and placed into archival Saflips for protection. Display box includes outer cardboard sleeve.
