The 1966 10 cent minted in London can be found with varying degrees of rotation or upset. It’s been determined that it was the obverse die that was rotating during the production run of these coins. This choice uncirculated example is rotated 180° counterclockwise or approximately 6 o’clock. Please note that this coin is in a regular 10c PCGS holder and the error is not noted on the label.
