One of six coins in the ‘Air’ series from the Royal Australian Mint. This coin features the Grey-headed Flying-fox that roost in tall, dense trees in northern and eastern Australia. They are a large furry bat with a tail-less body and large eyes, thought to resemble small foxes.
The coin features traditional coin sculpture as well as colour printing and is presented in a coin-in-card.
