C18887/28. Most of the silvering remains, holed as issued with loop for suspension. A scarce type of Queen Victoria 1887 jubilee medallion for the District Council of South Rhine which was in the Barossa region of South Australia. It was renamed to the District Council of Springton as part of the Enemy Names Act in 1918.
