The 1966 10 cent minted in London can be found with varying degrees of rotation or upset. It’s been determined that it was the obverse die that was rotating during the production run of these coins. This uncirculated example rotated 50° counterclockwise “50° CCW Rotated Dies” noted on the Mint Error PCGS holder, or approximately 10 o’clock.
