1967 2c with obverse struck through a large fragment. First impressions suggest this is a peel but the shape of the disturbance, the manner in which it wraps around the rim, the smoother texture of the struck through surface and the correct weight suggest otherwise. This coin has been struck through a detached fragment from another coin. Seldom do you see such impressive strike throughs, and seldom are the shapes so obviously caused by fragments from other coins.
