Interesting 1978 2 cent double error. The coin has a good sized indent error at about 8 o’clock in the obverse where it was struck against a blank coin. Additionally the coin has failed to engage fully with the collar die giving the classic ‘railroad wheel rim’ look of the straight partial collar error. Double errors like this are not often seen. Red-brown and uncirculated.
