Partial collar error where the collar was straight (and not tilted) when the coin was struck. This meant that the reverse was struck accurately with the collar in place but the obverse was struck out of collar and very pancake-like. The rim is often termed a railroad rim.
Uncirculated with marks from poor storage. As imaged.
