The biggest mistake the Royal Australian Mint, our circulating coin producer, has made in this 21st century. They used the wrong obverse die to strike dollar coins in the year 2000 creating this highly sought after mule. Very collectable, affordable and a nice coin in this grade. It’s estimated that around 6,000-7,000 mule error coins exist.
