Graded by PCGS as a Mint Error this mistruck dollar is of an exceptionally high grade. Note the tear cud on HM’s cheek common on 2005 Mob of Roos error coins. This indicates a number of error coins came from the same die pair and there may have been a malfunctioning press at this time. Nonetheless it’s rare to find such high grade errors and surely this was pulled from a security bag before entering circulation.
